Training Complaints

NOTE: this relates to the training centre only, for other issues, see our byelaws

Training participants are encouraged to provide feedback about the instruction, the facility and equipment by means of “How did we do?” Forms.

Where any feedback highlights any unsatisfactory outcomes, or there is a complaint about the training provided, equipment used or trainer the centre will proactively investigate this and may contact the course participants to gain further information.

Complaints should be directed in the first instance to the Instructor delivering the course. If they are unable to resolve the issue, the Senior Instructor must be contacted. If that is not possible, then the Training Principal. See here for list of instructors / senior instructors / training principal. Please use the contact us page if you are unable to make a complaint at the time.

We will aim to resolve all complaints within 7 days and will ensure that any outcomes are made known to the complainant.

Complaints and their resolution will be recorded and will be used to improve the training centres procedures and policies.
