Changing and refreshment\u00a0facilities available in the Clubhouse. Camping is permitted in the Port of Tyne \u2018Blockyard\u2019 approx 100m from\u00a0the clubhouse.<br \/>\nPROGRAMME: 6 races programmed over the two days.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">First race on Saturday Start at 2.00 pm. 2\u00a0nd\u00a0&amp; 3rd\u00a0races \u00a0to follow (back to back). Sunday\u2019s racing to start at 11.00am. 2 further races to follow (back to back).\u00a0CLASSES: Separate starts for each class.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">TIDES: High Water at 12.52 hrs on Saturday July 14\u00a0th\u00a0and 13.57 hrs on Sunday 15\u00a0th\u00a0July<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">RACING RULES: All races to be governed by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sailing.org\/documents\/racingrules\/index.php\">Racing Rules of Sailing 2009-2012<\/a>. The Exoneration Penalty\u00a0and RYA Arbitration of the Rules Disputes Procedures will be available to competitors. See official Notice Board\u00a0for details.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">BREIFING: There will be a briefing in the clubhouse at 1.00 pm on Saturday 14\u00a0th\u00a0July.<br \/>\nSCORING: If 4 or more races are sailed, one result may be discarded. Scoring as per Appendix A low point.\u00a0ENTRY FEE: Enterprises: \u00a320.00 per boat. Lasers: \u00a315.00 per boat. Enter on arrival in Clubhouse. Sailing\u00a0Instructions will be provided on receipt of entry.<br \/>\nAPRES SAIL: A \u2018hog-roast\u2019 will be held at the clubhouse after sailing on Saturday. Please buy tickets (\u00a35.00\u00a0each) at reception.
