Access to the water from Newburn Slipway on the North Bank adjacent to Newburn Sports Centre. Changing facilities available in the Sports Centre.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>PROGRAMME:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0 First race to start at 11.30 am; Second &amp; third races to follow.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>TIDES:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0 High Water at 1.34 pm<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>RACING RULES:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0 Racing to be governed by the current Racing Rules of Sailing<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>BRIEFING:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0 There will be a briefing in the dinghy parking prior to racing. This will not be held before 11.00 am<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>SCORING:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0 Appendix A of the Racing Rules of Sailing shall apply. If 3 races sailed 1 result will be discarded.
